DIVE IN THE WORLD
HEALTH & HAPPINESS
“Yoga is 99% practice, 1% theory.” – Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois
Maintaining a fit body and calm mind at a workspace is critical, especially in the current uncertain economic times. With our easy and effective routines, we help you feel pain-free in the body and stress-free in the mind as you work tirelessly.
We share exclusive wellness tips and personalised Yoga routines through online portals, to help you remain healthy & happy everyday. While respecting your personal space, we extend a non-judgemental and safe space for emotional let-out.
During these complex times, we have ceased all our Yoga retreats and workshops. However, we are building even smarter and powerful workshops to help you bounce back - stronger and fitter, as soon as public gatherings are safe.
Is Yoga for freshers?
Absolutely! Unlike popular belief, Yoga is a way of life and not just a form of exercise. Whether you are 8 or 80, you can start your Yoga journey whenever you’re ready. Age is just a number!
Do I need to leave meat/alcohol to become a Yoga practitioner?
Of course not. Although a vegetarian/non-alcohol diet does help in the practice, but the entire idea of Yoga is to align the body, mind and emotions in such a way that your body’s natural intelligence rises, which will guide you as to what it does and doesn’t want. Ultimately, meat/alcohol or not, the key is in balance.
Can I only practice Yoga in the early morning?
Our body’s natural 24 hours cycle is always in tune with our local habitat’s cycle, i.e. when the Sun rises/sets in our (local) country, our body clock also rises/sets – although our habits and lifestyle don’t let us be in-tune with the Sun! That being said, with strictly empty stomach, Yoga can be practiced at 4 times in a day – Sunrise 5:30 – 7:30 am, Noon 11:40 am – 1 pm, Sunset 5:30 – 7:30 pm, Midnight 11:40 pm – 1 am.
Can I practice Yoga during my periods?
Yes, you certainly can! Yoga is probably the only form of physical exercise that a woman can practice during her periods, pregnancy and menopause – of course, with appropriate adjustments. Yoga in fact helps relieve menstrual cramps and balances hormones.
How often can I practice Yoga in a week?
Everyday! Yes, Yoga is such a holistic and restorative practice that it doesn’t drain you of energy. Yoga nourishes us on far deeper levels and helps stay energized. You can take a break if you want, but if you feel like it then you can definitely practice it everyday.
Will I lose weight with Yoga?
The answer is yes and no! Yes, as your body’s vital functions get balanced, your metabolism improves and stress reduces, you will certainly feel lighter, fitter and healthier; but No, unless you keep a close check on your nourishment, you might not be able to achieve those big weight loss goals.
